Our banking clients are currently seeking a suitable applicant to join their elite team. The candidate is responsible for:
Responsibilities:
- Assess the efficiency and effectiveness of processes/systems to deliver current and future customer needs; manage and assess vendor and service provider performance within your portfolio
- Drive and coordinate the delivery of maintenance outcomes across corrective, perfective and adaptive requirements to ensure that the return on the contract value is continuously assessed and improved
- Drive the technology partners to continuously improve their customer satisfaction scores through Partner Survey &ensuring quality action plans are executed
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and”one team” partnership across all suppliers
- Provide Financial Management – ensuring all work under taken focuses on availability, quality & cost
- Provide advice and support to Operational Delivery Managers, Service Owners and IT Partner Managers to ensure SLAs, SLO sand financial targets and results (Service Delivery Components) are achievable and adequate
- Create and deliver Service/Portfolio Performance and Capacity Management Reporting
- Ensure High Priority Incident reports are issued and participate in Post Incident Reviews
Requirements:
- You have experience managing day-to-day technology operations
- You possess experience in people management and leadership, including leading change and process improvement
- You have experience managing the development and execution of technology enabled change programs/projects
