Job Description:
Review Existing Policies
- Assess current policies on Business Resilience, Corporate Security, and Crisis Management.
- Gather feedback from relevant departments and update as needed.
Business Continuity Plan (BCP)
- Create a BCP outlining critical functions and recovery strategies.
- Conduct regular training and drills to test the plan.
- Review the BCP annually or after major changes.
Physical Security Risk Assessment
- Identify vulnerabilities in physical security through regular assessments.
- Work with facilities management to implement safety protocols.
- Establish a reporting system for security incidents.
Incident Response Coordination
- Develop an Incident Response Plan with clear roles and communication strategies.
- Train staff on response protocols and conduct practice drills.
- Keep a crisis communication plan ready for emergencies.
Corporate Security Leadership
- Create a security framework with policies and oversight.
- Stay updated on security trends and threats.
- Promote security awareness through training.
Special Projects and Investigations
- Engage in projects that impact security.
- Investigate security incidents and document findings.
- Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree with 7 years’ experience in business risk management.
- Experience in financial institutions is an advantage.
- Sound knowledge of Hong Kong regulatory requirements related to risk management
- Excellent interpersonal and people skills.
- Superb command in both spoken and written Chinese and English.
