Our Client: 

A new start-up company and now forming a new Data team in HK.

Job Description:

• Conduct testing (functional, performance, usability) of large models to ensure adaptability across real-world applications.
• Design, execute, and analyze comprehensive test cases covering all model aspects from input to output.
• Identify issues based on test results, propose improvements, and drive resolution efforts.
• Collaborate with the development team to enhance model performance through iterative optimization and validation.
• Maintain detailed documentation, including test reports, issue analyses, and optimization strategies.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant testing experience with large models or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of large models, machine learning, and natural language processing (NLP).
• Proficiency in designing and analyzing comprehensive test cases effectively is a plus.
• Familiarity with mainstream testing tools and frameworks, along with basic programming skills is a plus.

• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese(Cantonese or Mandarin)
