Our client is actively looking for a Training Director managing the training function supporting the company growth.
The incumbent will be reporting to Department Head directly.
Job Description:
- Oversee a team to create training procedures that meet regulatory standards.
- Lead projects to improve the eLearning platform for engaging training programs.
- Create and implement CPD courses that meet industry and regulatory standards.
- Develop policies and procedures to ensure high training standards and compliance.
- Act as the main contact for regulatory bodies, ensuring proper training records and governance.
Job Requirements:
- University graduate in Finance, Business or Training and Development related subjects.
- Minimum 8 years of insurance training experience with eLearning
- Sound knowledge of training process and compliance requirements.
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal and people skills with a positive mindset.
- Superb command of English and Chinese.
