Job Description:
- Lead and manage banking system projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality of deliverables.
- Analyze project requirements to identify optimal process solutions.
- Oversee project processes, documentation, and progress reporting, including status meetings.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, operations, and IT teams, for effective communication.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies while mentoring team members.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably within the banking sector.
- Strong understanding of banking systems and project management methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Have excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) as well as English.
