Job Description:
- Assist in developing and executing the digital workplace strategy, including evaluating current tools, recommending new solutions, and managing implementation
- Oversee the deployment, configuration, and integration of digital workplace platforms and applications to enhance employee productivity and collaboration
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to educate employees on the effective use of digital tools, monitor user adoption, and continuously optimize the solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, HR, and business units to ensure seamless integration and support of digital workplace initiatives
- Provide technical expertise, troubleshooting, and hands-on support for digital workplace tools, while also mentoring junior team members and contributing to policy and governance development
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in digital workplace, office automation, or IT service management roles
- Strong technical expertise in productivity tools, collaboration platforms, and office automation technologies
- Demonstrated experience in change management, user adoption, and training program development
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to work cross-functionally
- Proficiency in ITIL, ITSM, or other IT service management frameworks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
