Responsibilities:
- As a freelance recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Sourcing and screening qualified candidates for a variety of open positions
- Conducting phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer
- Providing recommendations on top candidates to our hiring managers
- Maintaining a database of qualified talent for future openings
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience working as a recruitment consultant or in-house recruiter
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement abilities
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting software
- Flexibility to work on a contract or project-based basis
- This is a remote, freelance role with the potential for ongoing work. Competitive hourly rates will be provided based on your experience.
