Job Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge of the entire Leica product line
Advise and assist customers in selecting Leica products for personal use or as gifts
- Capture client information and actively build a client base, consistently adding details to promote ongoing customer relationships
- Regularly contact clients regarding new products, events, and follow up
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Develop a working knowledge of cameras and after-sales service techniques
- Exhibit strong teamwork skills and the ability to work professionally with fellow sales associates
- Follow the store manager’s instructions to complete daily operational tasks
- Conduct daily and monthly stock takes, and ensure stock safety
Job Requirements:
- Possess retail business acumen, experience in the fashion industry, and customer relationship management (CRM) skills
- Demonstrate an interest in photography and an understanding of professional photography
- Have knowledge of the Leica company background
- At least 2 years of sales experience in a luxury brand
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to effectively manage difficult customers
