Job Requirements:
- Degree holder or above.
- For Assistant Business Development Manager: 2+ years of business development and sales experience.
- For Business Development Manager: 4+ years of business development and sales experience.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and solid local connections.
- Ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the Hong Kong market and consumer behavior.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Experience in the fashion, luxury, or lifestyle industries, with a background in pitching to KOLs or event campaigns.
- Ability to pitch and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
