Job Description:
- Collaborate with the Group General Manager to strengthen and optimize relationships with key customers.
- Identify growth opportunities within our industries and explore new market avenues to drive revenue in the copper trading business.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans that are aligned with company objectives and market trends in the copper industry.
Job Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience with a physical trade background or Business Development experience within the copper industry.
- Strong decision-making skills in high-stakes situations that require timely and accurate judgments.
- In-depth knowledge of copper quality parameters and their impact on value-in-use to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes in the copper industry.
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Substantial hands-on experience in physical trading (note that experience in futures trading will not be considered).
- Over 10 years of leadership experience with a physical trade background or Business Development experience within the copper industry.
