Job Description:
- Develop and oversee the testing strategy and methodology for the organization’s Oracle ERP systems
- Manage a team of QA analysts and test engineers responsible for functional, integration, regression, and performance testing
- Design comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate Oracle ERP modules and integration points
- Supervise test execution, analyze results, and report on testing progress, defects, and quality metrics
- Implement and maintain test automation frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on Oracle ERP applications
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team of QA professionals
- In-depth knowledge of ERP architecture, modules, and integration points
- Expertise in developing and executing comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English
