Job Description:
- Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and delivery of strategic technology projects that drive digital transformation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, define project objectives, and develop comprehensive project plans
- Oversee the execution of technology projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budgets, and achievement of desired outcomes
- Identify and proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies to mitigate potential roadblocks, and provide regular progress reports to leadership
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with the company’s digital transformation strategy, while also providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering digital transformation projects
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile, or Scrum
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in the life insurance industry or financial services sector is highly desirable
- Scrum Master certification or other relevant project management certifications are a plus
- Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
