Our client is looking for an Enterprise Risk Manager to identify key risk indication in their business entities.
The incumbent will be reporting to Chief Operations Officer directly.
Job Description:
- Performing root cause analysis on identified risk events to recommend improvements to prevent similar risk events from re-occurring in future;
- Aggregating and analyzing risk events reported by business units and performing monthly reconciliation;
- Monitoring the implementation of action plans to address medium and high key risk indicators reported and analyzing identified trends in the key risk indicators reported;
- Updating company policies with risk based approach where necessary to reflect the best practice.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Risk Management / Statistics / Actuarial Science or related disciplines
- Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) training with (or nearly accomplished) designation by reputable associations (i.e. IRM, FRM, SOA, etc.)
- Minimum 2-3 years’ relevant experience in Hong Kong insurance industry
- Strong in analytics, excellent problem solving and influencing skills and decision making abilities
- Able to produce Executive Summary within a limited time flame
- Good communication and presentation skills with English Literacy.
- Familiar in using Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing.
