Our client is a top tier luxury brand renowned in Leather goods and Ready to wear. They are currently looking for a Visual Merchandising Manager to join their team. (Less experienced candidate will be considered for Assistant Visual Merchandising Manager)
- Oversee all stores across HK & MACAU and a supervise a team of Visual Merchandisers
- Manage all product and presentation direction as well as creative execution within the store in line with company expectations, and to ensure product and store opportunities are understood, leveraged, and maximized;
- Work closely with the store leadership team to ensure Brand consistency while maintaining a positive customer experience;
- Develop visual merchandise skills and expertise within the store;
- Ensure training is available at all levels.
Job Requirements:
- 5 years relevant experience within a fashion department store environment, with 2 years of managerial level, managing a team of VM;
- Strong merchandising skills that can support high volume multi-level store;
- Required creative skills and merchandising abilities;
- Experience with logistics, planning and facilitating new merchandise rollouts and new concept presentation;
- Strong leadership and communication skills in order to conduct walkthroughs and coach decision making in merchandising and presentation in order to drive business;

- Demonstrate attention to detail in regards to standards and visual operations of store;
- Demonstrate effective interpersonal and communication skills;
- Bilingual in both Mandarin and English preferred;
- Willing to station in frontline store and working in shift duty.
*Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Visual Merchandising Manager.
