Job Description:
- Establishes and manages project priorities, plans, budgets, and resources
- Collaborates on project requirements, analyzes needs, and identifies appropriate solutions
- Develops activity plans, coordinates resources, and ensures timely delivery of systems changes
- Oversees project activities, system design, testing, documentation, and implementation
- Monitors production systems, maintains expertise, and acts as a bridge between IT and business
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree holder
- Working experience in IT Project management with Banking industry
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role
- Familiar with Core banking system or related
- Proven track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder IT projects to successful completion
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and compliance requirements
- Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English

Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
