Job Description:
- Establish and develop a solid client base for the company, to ensure sufficient job order distribution.
- Cooperate with end-users for job descriptions and requirements.
- Research for market trend, target clients, resources and recruitment channels.
- Prepare relevant analysis reports.
- Participate in ad hoc projects as required.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor or above in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
- At least 5 years’ recruitment and talent acquisition experience.
- Experience gained from similar industry or agencies is preferable.
- Mature, responsible, discipline with good interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS applications.
- Good written and language skills in English and Chinese.
