Job Description:
- Lead projects by defining milestones, assembling teams, tracking progress, managing resources, resolving issues, and ensuring deliverables are met.
- Identify organizational and operational objectives through impact analysis, requirements documentation, and the evaluation and design of technical solutions.
- Conduct quality assurance activities, develop user training materials, and facilitate user briefings to support change management initiatives.
- Provide expert advice to IT teams and business users by staying informed on emerging technologies and best practices through workshops and benchmarking.
- Offer daily user support and training, align with IT strategies, and cultivate strong relationships with IT, business partners, and stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least six years of expertise in system requirements analysis and IT project management.
- Strong knowledge of case management and business process systems, web solutions, cloud technologies, document management, data analytics platforms, and microservices architecture.
- Experience with project and quality management, familiar with methodologies like PMP and Agile, and standards such as ISO.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, effective analysis, user interviewing, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese is required.
