Our client, a leading international bank, is looking for a officer to join their Digital Marketing team to cope with the Consumer Banking business expansion.
Job Description:
- Support and analyze the e-channel and customer behavior to deliver valuable insights for channel development, marketing campaign and strategic initiatives
- Apply data mining and modeling techniques to analyze around customer segmentation and customer behavior for usage, engagement and growth
- Assist the CRM Campaign Manager in monitoring and analyzing channel usage
- Prepare regular MIS reports for channel usage, marketing analytics and regulatory reporting
- Conduct data analysis and interpretation for providing creative solutions and supporting management decision.
Job Requirements:
- University degree holder in IT, Statistics, Quantitative Analysis, Decision Science or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in database analytics or MIS reporting
- Proficiency in SQL, SAS, MS Office (Excel and Access) and VBA
- Experience in other Analytics tools is an advantage
- A good team member, proactive with detail oriented and excellent communication skills
- Good command both spoken and written English and Chinese
