Our client – a Life insurance company is currently looking for a Project Secretary to provide secretarial and team administration as well as project coordination.
The incumbent will be reporting to Chief Technology Officer directly.
Job Description:
- Provide quality secretarial and administrative support to the CTO and his teams.
- Project coordination with team.
- Maintain project information management system and reporting.
- Ad-hoc project when required.
Job Requirements:
- University degree with 4 years’ experience in secretarial, team administration and project coordination is absolutely an advantage.
- Attentive to details with strong sense of responsibility.
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese.

Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
