Job Description:

• Troubleshoot deskside technical issues for Asia Pacific Offices (6 locations)
• Implement, test, and monitor IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance
• Assist in IT infrastructure project delivery
• Manage new products and technology roll-outs
• Manage relationships with third party vendors

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years hands-on helpdesk support, technical support or troubleshooting experience
• Excellent understanding of Windows O365 environment and Citrix
• Knowledge in server and network support is a plus
• Results-oriented, user-focused mindset
• Excellent communication skills
• Naturally positive attitude, with the ability to maintain patience and composure under pressure
• Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese skill
