Job Description:
- Manage a team and 3rd party resources to ensure Oracle cloud services meet business requirements and integrate with the wider organizational landscape
- Provide strong people leadership, develop career progression plans, and ensure the team delivers high-quality, user-centric service
- Partner with business stakeholders, solution architects, and enterprise architects to align Oracle services with design principles and user needs
- Triage and prioritize support tickets, drive incident resolution, and ensure SLA compliance
- Develop and maintain operational processes, monitor performance, and quickly rectify issues to deliver continuous service improvement
- Manage supplier relationships, including performance monitoring, contract management, and budget oversight
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Master’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- Solid understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP, EPM, CCS, or OWACs
- Hands-on experience in implementing improvements or maintaining Oracle cloud solutions
- Knowledge of Oracle Support processes, release cycles, and system integration
- Expertise in ITSM processes and ITIL
- Proven experience in delivering continuous improvement and change to services
- Ability to manage a team focused on business value and user-centric outcomes
- Experience in managing subscriptions, budgets, and supplier contracts
