Our client, a leading bank, is looking for an experienced Counter Service Officer to join their branch distribution team to cope with the bank’s expansion.
Job Description:
- Handle accounts opening, securities trading and other counter transactions
- Provide high quality of services to customers
- Handle staff and customers’ enquiries
- Review and update the operations manuals
Job Requirements:
- 5 subjects at Grade E / Level 2 or above in HKCEE / HKDSE, including English, Chinese and Mathematics
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in counter services preferred
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably with proficiency in Putonghua
- Excellent command of MS Word and Excel
- Customer-oriented, self-motivated and detail-minded
