An insurance group is currently looking for a marketing professional to support their team developing communication plans to fulfill their customer groups and market needs.
The incumbent will be reporting to Department Head.
Job Description:
- Plan, develop, implement and monitor effective communication plans for new products to reach various customer groups.
- Conduct competitor analysis, co-ordinate focus group as well as develop writing positioning and messaging for the company.
- Design and develop full set of marketing collaterals including but not limited to marketing brochures, illustration insert, launch pack, quick quote and other supporting sales materials.
- Participates in marketing project when required.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications or Journalism is preferred.
- Minimum 8 years’ solid experience in marketing of which 3 years in managerial position, preferably in finance/insurance industry.
- Strong marketing sense, business acumen, excellent leadership and communication skills, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Sound knowledge of printing production.
- High proficiency in both Chinese and English.
- Strong PC skills in Word, Chinese Word Processing, Excel, PowerPoint and web content management.
