Formulate, drive, develop and implement digital, fintech and innovation strategies
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and various functions / business units (technical teams, product owners, legal / compliance) and external vendors to drive the digital service development, implementation and delivery
Provide direction for the design, and systems integration of Fintech projects from definition through implementation
Can guide and coach delivery teams to self-organize and achieve objectives, without assigning or dictating the work
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree holder
Proven track record in driving digital strategy, business process-reengineering, transformation, change management, or implementing Fintech, innovation technology, new business model / product / service with Bank, financial service, consulting firm or fintech company
Enthusiastic about latest Fintech trends
A problem solver, self-starter and someone who proactively engages with situation and make progress
Ability to empower project teams, providing leadership to help teams move the project forward
Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
