Our client, a leading Chinese bank, is looking for an Manager, Operational & Compliance to jointheir team to cope with the bank’s expansion.
Job Description:
- Work closely with private banking business units to ensure the smooth daily operations and the proper implementation of risk and operational control and compliance policies.
- Participate in the development, enhancement and implementation of policies and control processes to maintain risk exposure and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Check and review daily transactions and prepare reports to ensure proper control and compliance information and analysis are captured
- Contribute to control and compliance and other ad-hoc projects/activities as required
Job Requirements:
- University graduate with minimum 3-5 years of operation or compliance experience
- Excellent knowledge on banking operations and controls, wealth management products and services offered by bank
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work under pressure
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin ) and English
