Our client is currently looking for a Human Resources Manager supporting their recruitment function.
The incumbent will be reporting to Department head directly.
Job Description:
- Review, formulate and implement recruitment strategies, policies and procedures.
- Perform all round recruitment processes from drafting job description, posting job advertisement to on boarding.
- Work closely with various business units to provide professional advice on recruitment related matters.
- Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- University graduate in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
- 6 – 8 years of solid experience in recruitment, sourcing in sizable organization is preferred.
- Good knowledge in HK Employment Ordinances and other HR related regulations.
- Excellent people and communication skills with good planning and analytical.
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications.
- Superb command in both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
