Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maximize customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability.
- Support Greater China/HK customer engagement campaigns
- Prepare reports, Assist in target selection
- Pre- and post-campaign evaluation
- Engage in additional analysis and market sizing
- Ad-hoc duties when required
Job Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Business Studies or other related disciplines
- 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in CRM, preferable in fashion retail
- High initiative, detail minded, dynamic, enthusiastic and strong analytic skills
- Be a good team player with excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Flexible and work under fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Proficient in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
