Our client – a leading international financial services organization providing a board range of protection and wealth products and services to individuals and corporate customers. To cope with their business expansion, they are currently looking for a Director to lead and drive their agency development project.
The incumbent will be reporting to Senior Vice President.
Job Description:
- Work closely with Agency Heads and Leaders to achieve the company’s KPI by formulate and implement strategies to boost the sales productivities and growth of agency headcount
- Enhance agency managers’ competency in agent recruitment, selection, retention and agency set up and support by implementing agency development programs
- Maintain collaborative relationship with assigned Agency Heads and District Directors and ensure effective communication between company and agency by regular/non-regular interaction with all levels of managers and advisors
- Work closely with internal departments to achieve the Company’s KPI and Mid-term goals
- Maintain agency quality with the industry requirements and guidelines, and Company’s rules and practice
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in business related disciplines with minimum of 10 years’ experience in insurance or banking in which 5 years in managerial level
- Holder of insurance qualification such as FLMI is preferred
- Extensive business knowledge in insurance agency operations, agency culture and system is a must
- In-depth understanding of insurance sales, sales trends, new product development is absolutely an advantage
- Strategic, Result oriented, Proactive with Strong initiative, Positive and able to work under high pressure
- Excellent command in both written and verbal English and Chinese as well as PC Literate
