Our client, a leading banking group, is urgently looking for a Branch Operation Manager to join their Operation team.
Job Description:
- Supervise General Banking Officers on daily branch operation and motivate frontline sales to meet on business sales target
- Promote various financial products and services to customers at branches
- Participate in marketing activities to solicit new business
- Handle customer enquiries and deliver quality services to our customers
Job Requirements:
- University degree, with professional qualifications in the IIQE & HKSI
- Minimum of 5 year’s sales and management experience in the banking industry with proven sales track record
- Strong service and sales orientation, with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in both English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
- High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
