Our client is a reputable insurance company, they are now looking for an experience business manager to support their cross border business
The incumbent will be reporting to Departmental Head
Job Description:
- To develop and explore new business opportunities and initiate marketing campaign which in line with business needs and concern related to cross border business plan and strategies
- Coordinate and work effectively with various stakeholders on different marketing events, progress including training, clients’ seminars and award presentation etc.
- Provide fully support to various distribution channels to achieve preset insurance business goal and target
- Follow up new application and related issues according to business requirements.
- Conduct business research, trend analysis, marketing intelligence of respective market segment and report management accordingly
- Frequent travel to China and Asia Pacific
Job Requirements:
- University degree in Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience with solid exposure in developing cross border business relationship in bank environments
- Sound knowledge of insurance and banking products, good knowledge of related region’s compliance and regulatory requirements, its policies and risk management
- Proactive, Independent with excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong business acumen, great sense of ownership and servicing mindset, excellent communication, presentation and people management skills
- Good knowledge of application software including MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Superb command in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
