Our client, a leading banking client, is urgently looking for a Head / Deputy for overseeing the Card & Loan team.
Job Description:
- Ensure profitable and healthy development of credit card and unsecured lending portfolios.
- Liaise with various business units to promote credit card and unsecured lending activities.
- Develop sales plans for each channel and provide support for its achievement.
- Develop and manage corporate business partners to support the development of consumer and unsecured lending business.
- Coordinate with credit and loans departments to ensure smooth operation, and resolves problems as appropriate.
- Develop, review and improve the internal control, overall targets and system and procedures of the department in compliance with the bank’s policies and objectives.
Job Requirements:
- University degree with minimum 10 years experience in credit card and unsecured lending field.
- Requires thorough knowledge of consumer and unsecured lending products and activities.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese with knowledge of Putonghua.
