Our Client:
Our client, a leading bank, is looking for Senior Manager / Manager to join their Unsecured Lending team to cope with the bank’s expansion.
Job Description:
- Develop and execute personal loans’ acquisition, portfolio and channel management programs to grow the Bank’s market share and profitability
- Lead the full lifecycle of personal loan and credit card products, covering market research, demand analysis, product design, pricing strategy, risk assessment, and post-launch optimization.
- Drive digital channel applicationto elevate customer experience.
- Partner with risk management, IT, marketing, and compliance teams to ensure competitive positioning and strict regulatory adherence
- Establish operational policies/procedures for efficiency and compliance
- Monitor product KPIs through data analytics, refining strategies to achieve business objectives
- Ensure alignment with HKMA guidelines, internal policies, and global regulations.
Job Requirements:
- University degree in a related discipline or other relevant qualifications
- Minimum of 5-8 years’ banking experience, with exposure to consumer lending an advantage
- Strong product development and project management skills
- Experience in Data-Driven Precision Marketing is preferred
- Proven expertise in credit risk models, market trends, and HKMA regulatory frameworks
- Strong team orientation, with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese
