A Hong Kong–based financial institution providing a wide range of banking and related services to individuals and businesses.
Job Description:
• Design end-to-end retail banking journeys across web and mobile.
• Improve key customer flows (onboarding, authentication, transfers/payments, statements/alerts, and support).
• Conduct or support user research/usability testing and turn insights into UX improvements.
• Create detailed interaction and UX states while ensuring accessibility and trust in banking experiences.
• Collaborate across teams (product, engineering, QA, analytics, compliance) and support innovation via PoCs to demonstrate business benefits.
Job Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Computer Science, or equivalent disciplines.
• 4+ years of working experience in digital projects within the Banking or Financial Services industry.
• Proficiency in UI/UX software.
• Experience with projects using Agile methodology is a plus.
• Good relationship management skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese skills.
