Our Client:
Our client, a leading banking group, is urgently looking for a Head to join their product team.
Job Descriptions:
- Formulate business development plan to support portfolio growth from various customer segments as well as strategic business partners
- Monitor portfolio growth against plan
- Develop, implement and monitor pricing strategy to ensure portfolio cost efficiency
- Identify potential business partners and build mutually beneficial alliance with them for acquisition and other businesses
- Identify and work with various stakeholders to develop Fintech solutions
- Maintain thorough knowledge of product practices, procedures and policies
- Work closely with Platform Management, lead and drive end-to-end enhancement on deposit account related workflows
- Establish deposit product proposition (e.g. payroll) to facilitate Customer Segment & Experience Team in penetrating identified segments of customers
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent in any disciplines
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in retail product development or portfolio management
- Sound knowledge of the retail banking industry in Hong Kong
- Good communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Computer proficiency includes word, excel spreadsheet and power point together with good presentation skill
