Job Description:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive Technology Risk Management framework and policies.
• Conduct regular technology risk assessments and recommend mitigating controls.
• Prepare and present technology risk status reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to technology risk management.
• Lead and oversee technology risk management projects across the organization.

Job Requirements:

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in technology risk management, preferably within the Bank or financial services sector.
• Professional certification in information security or risk management (e.g., CISM, CISA, CISSP) is preferred.
• Possess sufficient knowledge of banking operations and be familiar with applicable legal and regulatory requirements
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua & Cantonese).
