Our client, a leading bank, is looking for an experienced Team Head to lead their marketing team in corporate banking division to cope with the bank’s expansion.
Job Description:
- Lead the marketing team to solicit new business opportunities to achieve business objectives
- Maintain for the corporate banking business portfolio of trade finance and related products
- Monitor the quality of loan portfolio and exercise prudent credit assessment
- Supervise the team operation in accordance with the Bank’s policies and regulations
- Build up and maintain good relationship with clients
Job Requirements:
- University degree in Business, Finance or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in corporate banking
- Good business connections with proven track record of success in business achievement
- Strong sales background with ability to expand channels to grow the business
- Experience in leading a sales team is preferred
- Excellent knowledge of credit analysis and communication skills
