Job Description:
- Build and enhance relationships with high-net-worth clients to identify and address their investment needs through detailed financial analysis.
- Develop and execute strategies to promote a comprehensive range of retail banking products.
- Utilize a proactive and professional approach to achieve business sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored financial solutions that meet client objectives.
Job Requirements:
- University degree, with professional qualifications in the IIQE & HKSI
- Minimum of 2-3 year’s frontline sales experience in the banking industry with proven sales track record
- Strong service and sales orientation, with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in both English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
- High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
