Job Description:
- Develop and oversee sales strategies and performance metrics for the Hong Kong market.
- Lead client acquisition efforts and foster long-term relationships with key existing clients.
- Design comprehensive solutions and conduct industry analyses for the Hong Kong and overseas markets.
- Support sales initiatives by identifying customer needs and delivering competitive solutions.
- ·Manage sales and solution teams, focusing on performance, talent development, and resource coordination.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree holder.
- 8+ years of experience in sales or product solution delivery, specifically in digital / Fintech planning and implementation projects within the banking or financial services industry.
- Familiar with Fintech, AI, big data, large models, and related products and solutions.
- Results-oriented, with a strong ability to withstand pressure, demonstrate good professional conduct, and possess excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
