The position is responsible to design, implement, and manage competitive and compliant total rewards strategies that attract, motivate, and retain top talent in alignment with business objectives.
The incumbent will be reporting to department head.
Job Description:
- Create and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs aligned with business goals to attract, motivate, and retain talent.
- Utilize industry surveys and data to design and maintain competitive salary structures, bonus plans, and benefits offerings.
- Manage the end-to-end process for salary reviews, bonus planning, and incentive schemes, from budgeting to communication and implementation.
- Guarantee all compensation and benefits practices adhere to local labor laws, tax regulations, and internal corporate controls.
- Administer employee benefits programs, ensure accurate payroll coordination, manage vendor relationships, and drive process improvements for the C&B function.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6-8 years’ experience in a Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards role, with a demonstrated track record of developing and implementing strategies.
- Strong knowledge of compensation principles, benchmarking methodologies, and benefits program administration.
- In-depth understanding of local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills and advanced Excel for data analysis and modeling.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication skills with experience managing vendor relationships and leading process improvement initiatives.
