Support, manage and optimize the network infrastructure
Drive expedient resolution of high-severity outages impacting IT infrastructure
Establish metrics, key performance indicators and monitoring of the network and networking components. Partner closely with technology leaders and business stakeholders to optimize network design, delivery, and support
Make network upgrades and configuration recommendations based on performance metrics and capacity planning
Improve operational support processes and procedures. Develop and maintain a framework of policies and procedures (e.g., incident, problem, change, configuration, and capacity management)
Study and propose solutions on network areas to support the new business directions and initiatives, including Fintech initiatives
Direct planning, evaluation, and implementation of networking projects
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree holder
8+ years of working experience in Network infrastructure area with Bank or financial industry
Experienced in a technology leadership role managing people directly or indirectly
Hands-on knowledge of LAN, WAN, and multiple operating system environments
Familiar with PABX, IP PABX, Voice recording system is preferred
Proven track record with large-scale Network infrastructure projects and service delivery; (office relocation project experience is a big plus)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
