Job Description:

  • Lead infrastructure team to provide technical advice and support services to project teams including the system design, implementation, administration, provisioning, installations, configurations, upgrades and capacity planning.
  • Perform performance monitoring and tuning, security management
  • Perform root cause analysis, problem isolation, recovery and resolution on system performance issues and incidents.
  • Develop quality operational manuals, technical standard procedures/hand-book for operations and support team to support the daily operations.
  • Plan and formulate system DR plan, procedures and system documents under SAN and VM environment
  • Keep track and monitor on vendor/ partner service quality and on-going performance for each infrastructure project
  • Define system standards on multiple platforms, and ensure they are fully implemented with bank’s policy and meet HKMA compliance

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree holder
  • 8+ years of working experience in Infrastructure area with Financial Services industry
  • Extensive experience in infrastructure technical support management
  • Experienced in a technology leadership role managing people directly or indirectly
  • Experience with projects in multiple infrastructure technologies such as servers, storage, vmware, Cloud, networking, security
  • Office relocation project experience is a plus
  • Strong information security sense in relation to business requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
