Lead infrastructure team to provide technical advice and support services to project teams including the system design, implementation, administration, provisioning, installations, configurations, upgrades and capacity planning.
Perform performance monitoring and tuning, security management
Perform root cause analysis, problem isolation, recovery and resolution on system performance issues and incidents.
Develop quality operational manuals, technical standard procedures/hand-book for operations and support team to support the daily operations.
Plan and formulate system DR plan, procedures and system documents under SAN and VM environment
Keep track and monitor on vendor/ partner service quality and on-going performance for each infrastructure project
Define system standards on multiple platforms, and ensure they are fully implemented with bank’s policy and meet HKMA compliance
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree holder
8+ years of working experience in Infrastructure area with Financial Services industry
Extensive experience in infrastructure technical support management
Experienced in a technology leadership role managing people directly or indirectly
Experience with projects in multiple infrastructure technologies such as servers, storage, vmware, Cloud, networking, security
Office relocation project experience is a plus
Strong information security sense in relation to business requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
