Define project management framework, best practices, guideline and tools to manage end-to-end project life cycle
Apply project management methodologies consistently and effectively, ensuring appropriate frameworks, standards and governance are applied at all times
Act in accordance with the relevant regulatory requirements and standards.
Influencing and shaping business change, active prioritization and cohesiveness of transformation portfolio.
Lead, motivate and engage the project team to deliver key functional and transformation strategy components.
Coordinate with stakeholders at all levels in the organization
Coordinate technical teams to ensure successful delivery
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree holder
5+ years of working experience in project management / delivery / risk management / support with multinational company
Experienced in vendor management
Knowledge in insurance business is a plus
Strong in communication and interpersonal skills, quick learner, detail-oriented focus
Need proven ability to work with minimum supervision
Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
