Job Description:

  • Define project management framework, best practices, guideline and tools to manage end-to-end project life cycle
  • Apply project management methodologies consistently and effectively, ensuring appropriate frameworks, standards and governance are applied at all times
  • Act in accordance with the relevant regulatory requirements and standards.
  • Influencing and shaping business change, active prioritization and cohesiveness of transformation portfolio.
  • Lead, motivate and engage the project team to deliver key functional and transformation strategy components.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders at all levels in the organization
  • Coordinate technical teams to ensure successful delivery

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree holder
  • 5+ years of working experience in project management / delivery / risk management / support with multinational company
  • Experienced in vendor management
  • Knowledge in insurance business is a plus
  • Strong in communication and interpersonal skills, quick learner, detail-oriented focus
  • Need proven ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
