Our Client:

The incumbent will provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of their agency business team.

Job Description:

  • Support the insurance agency with daily operations, including new recruit applications, licensing, contracting, and compliance.
  • Update procedures to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Draft and revise contracts, such as Agent, Manager, and Financing Agreements.
  • Assist with presentations and market research.
  • Prepare reports and conduct analyses.
  • Help with other projects as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

  • University graduate with 3 years of experience preferably in insurance support
  • Independent, Mature, patient, and detail-oriented
  • A good team player with excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in written English and Chinese
  • Candidates with more experience may be considered as Senior Officer.

Languages
Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
