Our client is well platform company in insurance industry. It’s well established with business across the region and the globe. They are currently looking for CSO supporting their business growth.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle enquiries from customers.
  • Maintained requests in different distribution channels – hotline / voice mail / email / online chat.
  • Provide after-sales customer service, respond to customer feedback / complaint.
  • Cooperate with other teams and team members to ensure timely resolution of customer requests and problems.
  • Support leaders to training new staff and advice on case handling trough regular case sharing.
  • Support ad hoc projects and administrative work.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holders with 3 years of insurance experience; Post-Secondary or Diploma with 5 years of insurance experience.
  • Obtained in IIQE Paper I, III and V and MPF intermediaries’ examination is preferred.
  • Work under pressure with positive working attitude.
  • Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
  • Familiar in Microsoft Office & Chinese Input.
  • Proficient command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Officer.
