Responsibilities:

  • Proficient in both spoken and written English
  • Address customer enquiries via phone / email / live chat / social media mostly about troubleshooting, complains, general enquiries, order placing.
  • Handle report and ad hoc support administration

 

Job Requirements:

  • School Certificate or related discipline
  • Minimum of 1~3 years’ experience in handling customer services center, with retail industry background will be an advantage
  • Able to perform multitasking
  • Self-motivated, mature and good team-player
  • Fluent in spoken English and Mandarin
  • Immediate available preferred
