Responsibilities:
- Proficient in both spoken and written English
- Address customer enquiries via phone / email / live chat / social media mostly about troubleshooting, complains, general enquiries, order placing.
- Handle report and ad hoc support administration
Requirements:
- School Certificate or related discipline
- Minimum of 1~3 years’ experience in handling customer services center, with retail industry background will be an advantage
- Able to perform multitasking
- Self-motivated, mature and good team-player
- Fluent in spoken English and Mandarin
